The Sound Healing Alchemist

Treatment Centers

Where clinical recovery meets sound, breath, and embodied healing — led by someone who has walked the path.

In recovery, we do not do this alone.

Most sound healers work in yoga studios. I work in the rooms where people are rebuilding their lives — luxury rehabs, PHP and IOP programs, sober living communities, and nonprofits serving people in early recovery.

That difference matters. I bring lived recovery, trauma-informed facilitation, and modalities that help the nervous system soften without bypassing what clients are actually carrying. My sobriety date is March 23, 2019. I know what it feels like to sit in those chairs.

I have taught Kundalini Yoga at Ritz Recovery, a luxury rehab, and facilitated breathwork, meditation, and sound healing at Recovery Dynamics and Hollywood Detox — alongside UCLA and APAIT, and recovery communities throughout Los Angeles — always tailoring the format to your population, your clinical team, and what the room is ready to hold.

Curriculum

Kundalini Yoga for Trauma Release & Sexual Recovery

A 12-week series weaving Kundalini Yoga with sound healing, breathwork, and guided meditation — designed for people in early recovery carrying trauma, abuse history, addiction, and sexual wounds.

Each week focuses on a theme, intention, and kriya — awakening the ten bodies, healing the chakras, clearing subconscious fear, cultivating resilience, and anchoring into joy. Ready to facilitate at your PHP, IOP, sober living, or residential program.
