The Sound Healing Alchemist
Kundalini Yoga
The golden thread that weaves suffering into initiation — join me on the mat.
Kundalini Yoga blends movement, breath, mantra, and meditation to awaken the energy within, balance your nervous system, and support transformation from the inside out.
Kundalini Yoga is not just practice — it is remembrance. It is the golden thread that weaves suffering into initiation, pain into sacred power, and silence into sovereignty. Join me on the mat — and awaken the healer within.

Group Classes
Strength, presence, and confidence — together on the mat.
Private sessions are sacred — but there is something irreplaceable about practicing in a room with others. Group classes create the container where breath, mantra, and movement become communal.
I teach Kundalini Yoga in person and online, for individuals and for groups who want to build embodiment together.

My story
I stumbled upon Kundalini Yoga when I was homeless — living out of my car, the corners of Korean spas, and the endless miles of driving for Uber. I was caught in the grip of alcoholism, crystal meth addiction, and the silent weight of childhood wounds.
One night at LAX, exhausted and hungry under the neon lights, a stranger slid into my passenger seat. But he didn't feel like a stranger. He felt like an angel stepping onto the earth. His energy was radiant — kind, soft, glowing.
When I asked where he was headed, he said: “To my girlfriend's Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training graduation.” I had heard whispers of Kundalini in Atlanta — that it awakened creative potential. I had always believed it might be my secret key. But I had never been able to afford the training.
Then he smiled and said there would be music and food. I was starving, silently praying for an invitation. As if he heard my thought, he turned to me and said: “You should come.”
That night, I sat in the back of the graduation and wept. As students shared stories of facing their shadows and transforming through this path, something cracked open in me. One of them told me to apply. To my shock, I was accepted.

The turning point
I began rising at 3 a.m. for morning sadhana at Yoga West on Robertson. Within thirty days, miracles unfolded. My ex-boyfriend paid for me to have a room. A job I wasn't even looking for landed in my lap. Friends told me, “You've changed. Something's different about you.”
What they didn't see was that my devotional practice had become a secret sunrise within me. My heart was no longer heavy — it was a chalice, overflowing with light. I was vibrating at a higher frequency, humming in resonance with the breath of the universe itself.

Why I teach
In my own healing journey, I found the deepest transformation through Kundalini Yoga. This practice can cut through layers of psychic, energetic, and physical blocks — barriers that can take decades to clear with other modalities — in less time than you might expect.
It is an enlightenment technology: it brings you face-to-face with your ego, clears attachments, and reveals the light of your soul. Many people find it a powerful support for depression, anxiety, grief, chronic pain, and addictions. With continued practice, profound change is possible.
What to expect in a session
A typical session includes:
- Tuning in and warm-ups
- Kriya — a specific sequence of postures, breathwork, and movement
- Deep relaxation, often with gong or sound healing
- Meditation and mantra chanting
- Guided breathwork to settle the nervous system
Every class is an invitation into greater presence, power, and peace. Breathwork and meditation are woven throughout — not as add-ons, but as essential threads of the practice.
12-Week Series: Kundalini Yoga for Trauma Release & Sexual Recovery
I've created a twelve-week journey that weaves Kundalini Yoga with sound healing, breathwork, and guided meditation to support those carrying trauma — especially survivors of abuse, addiction, and sexual wounds.
This course is rooted in my own story of healing: from survivor of childhood sexual trauma to refugee to addict to recovery, from brokenness to reclamation. Each week focuses on a theme, intention, and kriya — awakening the Ten Bodies, healing the chakras, clearing subconscious fear, cultivating resilience, and anchoring into joy.
This series is available for treatment centers, PHP, IOP, sober living programs, and private groups throughout Los Angeles — and can be adapted for online cohorts.
My approach
As The Sound Healing Alchemist, I weave together Kundalini Yoga, Holy Fire Reiki, sound healing, breathwork, and meditation to create multidimensional classes that activate healing on physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels. With compassion and authenticity, I hold space for you to explore your sensitivity not as weakness, but as your superpower.
Kundalini Yoga is not just practice — it is remembrance. It is the moment the pen returns to your hand, and you realize: you are both the author and the masterpiece. Sat Nam. The door is open. Will you walk through?
